Do you accept counterfeit items?
Absolutely not. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. Any inauthentic items will be rejected immediately.
Do handbags come with authentication proof?
Yes, all handbags purchased from us include an authenticity certificate for peace of mind.
What if my consigned item doesn’t have original paperwork or receipts?
Outside from using our knowledge, items consigned without proper documentation are subject to a $30 authentication fee to ensure we maintain a trusted shopping experience.
