OUR STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

Fill out our sourcing form below with details about the item you’re looking for—brand, size, style, budget, condition, and any inspiration photos.

Initial Fee & Comission

Basic $25 - 1 item (Value under $50)

Premium $50 - Designer or hard-to-find items (Value up to $1,000)

Elite $75 - Super luxury or rare item, or a rush request (Chanel & Hermes)

In Addition to a 10% Commission Fee of the Total Cost

The Search Begins

Using our trusted network of vendors, resellers, and platforms, we’ll search for the best matches that fit your request.

Time Frame

Our standard sourcing timeline is up to 30 days (unless requested otherwise). While many items are located much sooner, rare or high-demand pieces may take longer. If we are unable to find your requested item or suitable alternatives within this timeframe, your sourcing fee may be refunded or applied as store credit — whichever you prefer

Timely Updates And Reminders

We know that waiting for the perfect piece can be both exciting and anxious so we’ll keep you informed throughout the sourcing process. If we haven't found your item within a specified time frame, we'll send sourcing reminders to check if you're still interested in pursuing your request.

Secure Your Item

To protect the integrity of our sourcing service and ensure a fair experience for all clients, full item previews are shared only after the sourcing deposit has been received.

Once your deposit is submitted, you'll receive a secure preview of the item and up to 3 curated item additional options (if available) based on your request. This preview includes essential details such as:

  • Brand, size, and condition
  • Item description and price
  • Blurred/ Watermarked Images (to prevent resale bypassing)

After you approve an item, we’ll proceed with the purchase and shipment

Shipment

All sourced items are shipped to us first for inspection and custom packaging unless otherwise discussed.

If you'd prefer expedited delivery, we may be able to coordinate direct shipping. Please note that direct shipments are at your own discretion and do not go through our quality check process.
