Returns – All Sales Final
Due to the secondhand nature of our merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. If an item is returned to us, it will not be refunded, credited, or sent back to the customer.
- No price adjustments will be made for prior markdowns.
- No exceptions will be made for fit, condition, or change of mind.
We do our best to include as much information about each product. For further information please do not hesitate to ask.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Flat Rate Shipping: $15 for all U.S. orders.
- Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
- Average Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after shipment.
- Tracking Numbers: May take up to 24 hours to update.
- Orders over $200 will require Signature Confirmation for security.
- Orders over $1,000 require two forms of government-issued identification before shipping.
International Shipping
- Before placing an international order, please email info@teteateteconsignment.com for a shipping quote.
- Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, unless an upgraded option is selected.
- Tracking is only available while the package is in the U.S.
- Standard international delivery: 2-4 weeks.
- Priority or Express international shipping: 7-10 business days with full tracking.
- Duties & Taxes: All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes, which are determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping Address & Rerouted Packages
Billing and shipping addresses must match. Any discrepancies will result in order cancellation.
Incorrect Address at Checkout: If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, a $10 reshipment fee will be required before reshipping.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please contact USPS directly for any address changes.
If tracking states "Notice Left," you must contact USPS within 14 days to reschedule delivery. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item is marked as “Delivered,” please contact your shipping provider if you do not receive it.
If they are unable to locate your package, you must file a claim directly with the courier.
Possible Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, please note that shipping carriers only provide estimated delivery dates, and delays may occur.
