How does consignment work?

Consignment allows you to sell your items through our boutique while retaining ownership until they sell. We carefully curate, price, and display your pieces, and once they sell, you receive a percentage of the sale based on our commission structure.

What types of items do you accept?

We accept a wide range of items, including contemporary, vintage, and designer fashion, accessories, home décor, and art. Acceptance is based on brand, style, condition, and market demand

Do you authenticate items?

Yes, we authenticate all items using our expertise and trusted third-party systems. We do not accept counterfeit goods and reserve the right to decline any item that does not meet our authenticity standards. We also offer authentication services for select categories.

What is your commission structure?

Our commission rates are fair and transparent, ensuring both consignors and shoppers receive the best value. Contact us for a detailed breakdown of our structure.

How long do you keep items for sale?

Consignment terms vary, but most items are kept for a 90 day period. If an item does not sell within the agreed timeframe, we may offer a price adjustment, return it to you, or donate it with your consent.

How do I get started with consigning?

Simply book a Tête-à-Tête with us to discuss your pieces. We’ll guide you through the process and help determine which items are the best fit for our boutique.

Do you offer sourcing services?

Yes! If you’re searching for a specific piece, we’ll do our best to find it. Some items take time, but we love the challenge of sourcing unique treasures.

Can I get paid in cash?

Payments are typically issued via direct deposit or store credit. Contact us to discuss payment options that work best for you.

Do you accept fast fashion brands?

We prioritize quality and style over brand names. While we generally focus on designer, contemporary, and vintage pieces, select fast fashion items in excellent condition may be accepted if they align with our aesthetic

What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

If an item remains unsold after the consignment period, you’ll have the option to retrieve it, extend the consignment term, or donate it. We’ll always discuss the best course of action with you.
